Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher, or acting on behalf of a research institution, to purchase from CHAKRAS. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Research use only

For research use only. Not for human consumption. All products are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. Any other use is a breach of these terms and is undertaken entirely at the buyer's own risk and liability.

Orders and payment

Online payment processing is not currently enabled. Submitting an order creates a record with the status "Awaiting payment"; our team will contact you with payment instructions within one business day. Orders are only processed and dispatched once payment has been confirmed. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice.

Shipping

Orders ship from the United States. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer on delivery to the carrier. The buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes or import restrictions applicable to their location.

Returns

Opened vials cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrectly supplied items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHAKRAS's total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order governs that purchase.
